Exhumation of Bones

It is issued upon the request of the relative to exhume the bones of the deceased.

CHECKLIST OF REQUIREMENTS WHERE TO SECURE

  1. One (1) photocopy of the letter request from the Parish Church for Exhumation
  2. If the deceased is buried at the Public cemetery one (1) photocopy of Official receipt from San Nicholas Parish Church
